Traditional Ornament

Welcome to the
Polish Junior League
of Massachusetts, Inc.

The Polish Junior League is an organization comprised of women from Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York who strive to keep their Polish heritage alive through meetings featuring speakers who share our interest in our culture and traditions. Our meetings have featured authors such as Suzanne Strempek Shea and Stephen Jendrysik; demonstrations of pisanki, the beautifully decorated eggs, and an Easter ram carved out of butter; Polish culture and traditions by Stas Radosz; and topics of interest to women such as safety issues, wills and trusts, etc.

Each Christmas season we celebrate our traditional Wigilia and hold a Swienconka every spring. We look forward to our Annual Fashion Show each fall where all funds raised are used for scholarships for college students of Polish heritage.

The Polish Junior League welcomes new members; our membership is approximately 100 women. We maintain membership at the Polish Center of Discovery and Learning and hold meetings at their beautiful facility in Chicopee.

Note: Membership Applications should be downloaded and printed out, then filled out and mailed to Membership Secretary, Eileen Walczak, 69 Shadow Brook Est., South Hadley, MA 01075. Please include a check for the amount listed on the application made out to the Polish Junior League.
